Family Realty has been in business for over 30 years.   The company was founded in August 23, 1974 by Joseph Goodwill.  Mr. Goodwill was extremely successful throughout his real estate career and helped many families acquire real estate throughout his East Palo Alto community.   He was able to put his three daughters through college and one even graduated from Stanford!  When Mr. Goodwill passed away, the City of East Palo Alto named a street after him to honor all that he did for the community.  Today, Mr. Goodwill's grandson, Joseph Bradley (who inherited his name from his grandfather) is Chairman of the Board of Family Realty.  Mr. Bradley has an extensive professional background encompassing all facets of business including finance, technology, and superior managerial skills.  Mr. Bradley holds a B.A. in Economics from U.C. Berkeley and an Executive MBA. He has been responsible for the successful completion of several hundred residential home relocations and corporate real estate transactions amounting to over $1 Billion in property!

 

Keeping the company in the family, Joseph's wife, Laurie Bradley currently manages the two Family Realty offices in San Ramon and Palo Alto.  Laurie is also a U.C. Berkeley graduate who has worked in the Real Estate profession for over 10 years.  Laurie began her career as a professional Real Estate Paralegal working on cases involving real estate contract law and construction defects.  She recently worked for a major, Fortune 500 homebuilder where she became involved in project management and legal services.  Laurie has been responsible for the city approval, design and construction of over 500 new homes throughout the Bay Area.  Laurie is passionate about her career as a Real Estate Professional and is committed to her clients.  Laurie offers a First-Class, Friendly and Professional service that continuously results in  repeat clients and referrals.
