STEP 2- SUBMIT of our Short Sale 1-2-3 Program
Step A. Make sure you have sent a copy of your short sale authorization letter to
shortsale@1frg.com . Once we receive a copy of this authorization letter we will contact you directly.
Step B. When we contact you we will explain the following:
- Our policy on maintaing your privacy during this process.
- Explain our no cost solution to you as a homeowner. 100% of our fees are paid for by your current mortgage holder.
- Our exclusive marketing program to obtain traditional, investor and international buyers for your home.
- Explain to you the necessary documents that you will be required to sign
- Provide you with insight and our knowledge to help you transition to a new home, once your home is sold.
- Make sure that you and your family are prepared for a short sale process to reduce the stress and ensure as minimal amount of disruption to your lives as possible.
Step C. Once we have met with you in person and you are comfortable with proceeding we will move to the final phase of the process which is completing the sell of your home and ensuring your transition into your new home.
